Rockstar Games announced L.A. Noire is getting a remaster. It’s remaster was rumoured since June, but now it’s real.

The developer of the top-down horror game Darkwood, has uploaded the full game in to Pirate Bay. The game it self is cheap, but they said they wanted to make their game to “everyone can play”, despite rich or poor.
“Steam lets you refund a game if you haven’t played it for more than 2 hours, and as a developer we can see the reason why people refunded it. When we read the explanation from someone who wrote that he needed the refund because he didn’t want his parents to be stressed out when seeing the bill at the end of the month… well, it made us feel quite bad, So we decided to do something about it! If you don’t have the money and want to play the game, we have a safe torrent on the Pirate Bay of the latest version of Darkwood (1.0 hotfix 3), completely DRM-free. There’s no catch, no added pirate hats for characters or anything like that. We have just one request: if you like Darkwood and want us to continue making games, consider buying it in the future, maybe on a sale, through Steam, GOG or Humble Store.”
No catch, but one request: “Please, please, don’t buy it through a key reselling site. By doing that, you’re just feeding the cancer that is leeching off this industry.”

Writer behind Half-Life Episode 2, Marc Laidlaw, posted Half-Life Episode 3 story at his blog. He changed a lot of the name due to legal reasons, but it’s interesting enough to check it out.
Michael Forgey was an executive producer at Monolith, passed away from cancer in March earlier this year.
Monolith is memorializing him as a DLC companion in the upcoming Middle-earth: Shadow of War. Forgey is transformed into Forthog the Orc-Slayer who will randomly arrive on the scene to take out some orcs that are doing their best to ruin the player’s day.
Forthog is DLC that costs $3.50. Each purchase will go to Michael Forgey‘s family through December 31, 2019.
The partnership will be showcased via co-branding on more than 500 million cans around the world and marks one of Ubisoft’s largest retail promotion partnerships in the company’s 30-year history. Kicking off in late August, the partnership will include multiple prizing categories and possibilities to win, including:
