Rhode Island Reveals a Plan For Special Tax on M-rated Games

Rhode Island Rep. Robert Nardolillo announced a plan to add 10% extra tax to all M-rated games which sold in the state. He clam that revenue of new taxes will go to a special fund for school districts to support counseling, mental health programs, and other conflict resolution activities.
